PARK TIPS & RULES
Reserve Your Picnic Shelter!
Picnic shelters are available to reserve throughout the park starting at $50 and up for the day. If any unreserved picnic shelters remain for the 4th of July, they will be free on a first come, first served basis. For more information on making a reservation, please call 915-273-3501.
LAST DAY TO RESERVE IS JULY 2.
All picnic shelter renters must check-in by 4:00pm on Friday, July 4th to avoid forfeiting their spot. No refunds will be given to late check-ins.

Park hours for the holiday will be 5:30AM to 11:00PM.
Ascarate Pool
Ascarate Pool will have a swim session on Friday, July 4th from 12PM to 5PM. Entrance fee will be $3 for adults, and $2 for youth (CASH ONLY).
Re-entry will NOT be allowed.
VIP Picnic Party
Ascarate Parks’s VIP Picnic Party promises a spectacular view of the fireworks with the best seats in the park. Tickets can be purchased at the Parks and Rec Admin Office.
Tickets: $45 adults (18+), $10 children* (6-17).
Includes: Dinner from Clasico, a parking pass, backyard picnic games, fireworks VIP seating, and live music.
*Children 6 years old and under do not need a ticket but a dinner plate will not be included.
Food Trucks
A variety of food truck vendors will be available this July 4th!
Food Truck Hours:
4:00PM - 10:00PM
FIREWORKS!
Fireworks will begin at approximately 9:20PM. We offer optimal viewing for everyone within the park. Be sure to get here early, gates will close to incoming traffic at 8:00PM for pedestrian safety during the firework show.
